You. Are. Enough.
Whether you breast or bottle fed, work outside the house, stay at home, or work from home.
No matter if you are paycheck to paycheck, a trust fund baby or self-made boss lady, or if you have no idea how you’ll keep the lights on this month.
Friend, YOU are enough.
If your children get good grades and wouldn’t dream of questioning authority or if you’re struggling to raise the wild child or are parenting a kid who battles mental health issues.
Whether you are close to your family or haven’t spoken to them in years, if you love your job or feel miserable reporting for duty.
No matter of you hand-make every food you feed your family or opt for Lunchables and frozen pizzas.
Sister, if you are the loudest of the bunch or painfully introverted.
Friend, it doesn’t matter what you like or don’t like, how close your craft attempts match Pinterest, or which style of jeans you prefer (yoga pants, obviously).
You are ENOUGH.
So, take that little nugget of truth and promise me you won’t hide it. Tuck it away to remind yourself whenever you need it.
Now, take a deep breath, and get back in the game.
Go back in the meeting, get back in the gym, call your friend, schedule a girl’s night, snag a sitter for a date with the hubs, or plan to soak your feet tonight after the kids go to bed (finally) because you DO deserve it and you don’t need to do anything to earn your worth.
Face it. Your kids are partially clean, know they are loved, and are mostly alive. You’re killing it.
